Strong leaders have the ability to lead others because of their inherent capacity to command the best parts of themselves and subdue the fallible human parts.
This self governance is the bedrock of those who truly come to serve others while simultaneously avoiding over giving or neglecting own's own needs.
In this season of Lent, I encourage you to examine your many purposes in life.
In so doing, you will be more intimately connected to the human you are responsible to love and tend to ==> yourself :-)
I wish to share my life purposes with you today so you can create your very own list.
Today, I fine tuned this post from a rough draft I created below. The process of writing is like life. If we approach life intentionally and self edit as necessary, the byproduct is growth.
Know that I am praying for all of our growth. Upwards, in good health, in mind, body, and spirit.
